Owner, Gerry Holzapfel has been a licensed contractor for 24 years. Gerry entered the construction industry as a remodeling contractor in Long Island, New York. He has since been involved in the construction or remodeling of over 250 homes in the New York, Southern Utah, Nevada, and Arizona areas. Gerry is on the jobsite every day during the construction of your home and pays close attention to detail. He listens to his clients, using what he hears to build your home exactly as you desire. With an education in business management and trade skills, Gerry can have your home built quickly, efficiently, and affordably. Gerry is active in the Southern Utah Home Builders Association (SUHBA) and is currently serving on the Board of Directors.
